PARENT-TOT (2 and U) – Parents get the opportunity to supervise and assist their child at various stations. This program is designed to enhance self-esteem along with developing listening and gross motor skills. Kids will get an introduction to the basics of gymnastics and the equipment through the use of circuits. This class helps with balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and transitioning to independent class with others. We emphasize having fun!
Preschool Gymnastics (3 and 4)-This class is a transition class from parent-tot to gymnastics 1. Parents can supervise and assist if needed by child. Kids will get an introduction to the basics of gymnastics and the equipment through the use of circuits. This class helps with balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and transitioning to an independent class with others. We emphasize having fun!

LEVEL 1 GYMNASTICS(4 and up)This is an introductory gymnastics class designed to enhance self-esteem and motor skill development through fitness education. Students will learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Fundamental gymnastics skills are introduced using Olympic equipment (bar, beam, floor) and other equipment/supplies used for progressional gymnastics.
Level 1.5 Gymnastics (6 and up) In this class we will work on progressional gymnastics and tumbling skills. We will work on correct body positioning and mastering skills achieved in level 1. We will use Gymnastics and Trampoline and Tumbling equipment. We will progress toward front walkovers, back walkovers, round-offs, and backhand springs. Prerequisites for this class include: cartwheel, back roll, handstand, and bridge kick over.

TUMBLING(5 and up)A developmental program designed to improve physical fitness and self-esteem through movement education. We will focus on floor, trampoline, and double mini tumbling but will still add in other events.
TUMBLING 2 (7 and up) We will work on backhandsprings and round off backhandsprings in this class. On trampoline and double mini we will work on front and back tucks.
